Releasing Toxic Emotions
RTE is an inner healing tool using essential oils to restore health in the spirit, soul and body. Essential oils are excellent in helping to release toxic emotions and core beliefs that support negative life and relational patterns. Rewiring and integrating core beliefs that support healthy relational life patterns is easily facilitated using essential oils. This is a technique best received in person. Yet can easily be facilitated through a video conference call session.

Prayer Ministry
We are working together through personal and generational issues. We will use several different prayer models as needed in facilitating towards greater wellbeing in personal, family and generational relational issues. Time is often spent in deep digging, reflection, restoration of being and then reaping of the work to produce greater fruit in the person’s life, Prayer ministry facilitates reconciliation with one’s own spirit, with God and with community.

Wellness Coaching
Partnering with clients to create wellness plans that lay a foundation for pillars of health and wellbeing to support them in all they are doing and being. We work through several pillars, creating habits, learning new skills, discovering their gifts and exploring new horizons of dreams. We work through together taking down walls and self limiting barriers to launch a life well loved and lived and lifegiving!
